 WHAT IS IT? 

The RISE Off Season High School Training Program is designed to train high school teams together throughout the off season. Teams that work together and struggle together during the off season in this program will build team chemistry as well as work on fundamentals and skill development. 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Beginning in April the workouts take place at the RISE facility (5v5) and turf fields (7v7). Players who are members of teams participating in our HS 5v5 and 7v7 league can sign up for our position specific sessions. These two-hour sessions will take place prior to Sunday league play and focus on the athlete’s overall performance. League play will consist of 2-3 games per weekend and will culminate with the crowning of a champion during our season ending tournament!
